A journey through the jungle and walk through the lagoon in search of all kinds of birds that inhabit the Puerto Arturo Wildlife Refuge that make one of the best bird watching experiences in Guatemala.
We will hike from dawn into the jungle to observe some species of birds characteristic of the area. We will also take a boat ride through the lagoon, where you can photograph water birds and enjoy the incredible sunset landscapes. We will also carry out a night expedition to observe different species of owls.
During meal times, you will enjoy delicious dishes prepared by residents of the community, and you will have the opportunity to live and talk with the local inhabitants.
